Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MassageSpecifix ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MassageSpecifix provides online booking, appointment management, and client communication services for a licensed massage therapy practice. The Service allows clients to:

• Browse available services and pricing
• Book appointments online
• Complete digital health intake forms
• Manage their account and appointment history

3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows may be charged the full service fee.
• Charges for late cancellations and no-shows are at the sole discretion of the therapist and are never applied automatically.
• You will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate.

4. Health Intake Forms

New clients will receive a digital health intake form after their first booking. Completion is not required before your appointment, but a record of your response — including any active declination — is maintained on file. Certain specialized services (e.g., Manual Lymph Drainage) may require a separate clinical intake form.

5. Payments

MassageSpecifix uses Square for in-person payments and memberships, and Stripe for online payments and gift certificates. By providing payment information, you authorize charges in accordance with the service selected. Card-on-file storage is optional. All payment data is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors — we do not store raw card numbers.

6. Client Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information in intake forms or booking requests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to interact with the Service
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials on MassageSpecifix are owned by Havari LLC and/or the practice operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

This Service integrates with third-party platforms including Square, Stripe, and Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASSAGESPECIFIX, HAVARI LLC, AND THEIR OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

MassageSpecifix uses cookies and local storage to operate and improve the Service. By using this site, you consent to their use as described below.

What We Use

• Session Cookies: Essential for logging in and maintaining your session securely.
• CSRF Tokens: Required to protect form submissions from cross-site attacks.
